Personal Training
These 55-minute workouts are tailored to your goals and are meant to help fast track you towards improved health and fitness through consistency, accountability, and strategy. A typical session will emphasize muscular strength/endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility. I help both novice and advanced clients achieve their movement and health goals through evidence-based program design with a special focus on movement mastery and progressive overload.
My approach to wellness is HOLISTIC which means I focus on intentional movement AND recovery. Together we will work collaboratively to strategize ways to optimize performance in life through comprehensive recovery techniques (i.e., breathing, mobility, nutrition and sleep hacks).
All personal training starts with an 45 min introductory session that includes a conversation regarding your movement background, health history, a movement assessment, and goal setting.
Personal training in MY home takes place in my garage gym. My full home gym set up consists of a full squat rack +pull up bar, lifting platform, and a plethora of dumbbells/kettlebells & accessory equipment.
Personal training at Custom Fit takes place at 1844 Market Street. Custom Fit provides a clean, spacious environment equipped with high-end fitness equipment to meet all your training needs. As a client, you'll also have access to reserve time in the wellness room, featuring a sauna and cold plunge for post-workout recovery and relaxation.
Personal training in YOUR home offers busy women true convenience! I will come to your house with all equipment in tow. I can also help you design a home-gym to fit your needs and space.
Virtual personal training sessions are conducted through Zoom, Facetime, or Skype. Although the use of equipment can add variety to your program, no equipment is necessary to start training. Once I am familiar with your goals I will make suggestions on equipment that can easily be purchased for use in your home.

ONE session per week: $130/session
TWO sessions per week: $120/session
THREE sessions per week: $115/session
Training in YOUR home: $175/session
(+$25 for bridge crossing)
